A number of inbound call ????? ????? are required to start ASAP in this vibrant and fun working environment. This role is 6 months with the view to permanency and offers fantastic training and a generous reward system!
You will be required to:
· Increase sales and improve retention of existing customer base
· Receive inbound calls and process sales over the phone
· Connect and Disconnect services as requested
· Up sell and cross sell products accordingly
· Perform administration tasks as requested
To be successful you will:
· Have excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience in sales
· Possess confident interpersonal skills
· High level written and verbal communication abilities
· Be reliable and responsible
· Want to build your career with a market leader
