This leading building contractor who also do their own developments is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an established team of professionals. You will be involved in commercial and industrial projects in the $30M - $60M + range.

The ideal applicant will have a track record of success building other commercial or industrial projects with either a top tier or a medium tier building contractor to a minimum of $20M.

You need to be an excellent manager, have strong construction knowledge and be well versed in OH&S, IR and environmental issues. Many of the projects that this company are involved in are cutting edge and innovative in design and as a company they are multi award winning.
