Telstra has a fantastic opening within the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade for a Switchboard Guru. Our end game is to deliver a superior customer service and we are now looking for a great communicator to become apart of this team!
As a Switchboard operator you will be responsible for answering ????? ????? the Department's main switchboard and directing those calls to the appropriate areas. Data entry will also be a portion of the role, where you will be responsible for entering ????? ????? multiple databases.
To be considered for the position you will have strong customer service skills and experience. You will also have excellent computer skills and an ability to utilise Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating onsite switchboard facilities and coordinating onsite booking services. You must demonstrate an ability to build relationships with co-workers, stakeholders and customers over the phone and face to face. Lastly, being self motivated and having the ability to motivate others you will be a real team-player!
