We are seeking a highly experience Personal Assistant seeking part time hours with the view of a fulltime role in 6 - 12 months time.

Working within the medical industry, we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Deputy personal assistant to assist the main surgeons Personal Assistant. If you have worked in a medical practice this would be looked upon favourably.

You must be able to effectively work within a busy and energetic environment, demonstrate strong organisational skills, and be able to work within a paperless office environment. The candidate we are looking for must be organised, reliable, pleasant to work with and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Working 3 days per week you will be able to effectively work alongside the Senior PA and be able to fulfil the following duties:

• Schedule appointments and diary management


• Attend to patient enquiries


• Prepare and maintain a paperless patient file


• Receipt patient accounts


• Reconcile daily receipts


• Dictation and minutes


• Data enter medical reports


• Any ad hoc duties as requested

In order to apply for this position you must be at an intermediate excel and advanced word skill level. Being able to type at least 60 words per minute is a must! A skills test is required.
