Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the project manager in delivering ????? ????? of work.
Key responsibilities are to provide project related administrative support to both Project Manager and other project team members.
This position is suited to someone who possesses strong experience in project co-ordination or project administration within an IT&T project environment.
Primary responsibilities can include:
- Management of Project meeting schedules. Prepare agendas, take minutes and distribute relevant documents for project meetings;
- Coordinate project documentation, including the project schedule, issue register, risk plans, and other documents as required;
- Maintain project documentation, including preparation, filing, copying, collating, and distribution;
- Collate relevant project information that contributes to accurate and timely project status reports;
- Assist the Project Manager with project financial management;
- Assist with other activities as required.
Skills required:
- Strong Project Co-ordination experience;
- Strong Project Scheduling experience;
- Project Server 2007 or Portfolio Server 2007 experience (experience with both would be most ideal);
- MS Project (Optional);
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written);
- Strong interpersonal and team work skills.
