• Manage your client relationships through both internal and on-site consulting.
  
• Provide professional management accounting services to clients
  
• Assist clients through the implementation of value-added services.
  
• Assist in the development of junior team members through effective mentoring and coaching.
  
• Be mentored from the get-go for a management role by start 2011 as the firm is looking to significantly grow over the next 24 months.
  
• Partners encourage social activities including monthly social outings. Staff regularly go to sporting events, dinners and industry events together.
