The Anglican Diocese of Canberra & Goulburn is seeking to appoint a highly motivated qualified Accountant with CPA/CA status or working towards that status to join our dynamic Financial Services team. The successful candidate must have at least 4 years of relevant experience.

This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible to ensure a very high standard of financial management, reporting for the Diocese and Investment Operations of Trust Fund. This includes preparation of annual financial statement, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, Investment operations, policies and procedures, Tax (BAS, FBT etc) reporting, accounting support and advice for Parishes etc.

This role is based at the Diocesan Office in Reid, Canberra. Flexible hours (minimum 30 hours) can be negotiated with successful candidate.

A salary package ($65-$75k pro rata + super) commensurate with skills and experience will be offered. If you are a team player and can work within the ethos and values of the Anglican Church, this is the ideal role for you.
