Mum's Choice! is a Small to Medium Family Owned and Operated Dip & Finger Food Manufacturing ????? ????? is now in need of a Full Time Quality Assurance Co-ordinator.
Mum's Choice! clients include: Woolworths (Nationally), David Jones, QANTAS, IGA Stores, Major Hotels (Hilton, Marriott, etc) and many quality Independent Food Retailers throughout Sydney.
The successful applicant will need to have the ability to work autonomously in most areas of the Food Manufacturing ????? ????? work cohesively as a team member in other situations. A factory floor, hands-on-approach is required for this position to be successful.
The successful Applicant will be responsible for the following:
- The ongoing Development and Maintenance of the Food Safety Programs, including HACCP, WQA and SQF 2000.
- An understanding of FSANZ and other Regulatory Bodies.
- Coordination of the investigation of food safety and quality incidents including handling both customer and consumer complaints.
- A thorough understanding of work place hygiene, cleanliness and GMP.
- Coordinating and carrying out Internal and external audits.
- Training staff in areas related to Food safety and Quality Assurance.
The successful Applicant will have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a food manufacturing ????? ?????.
- A Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or a similar discipline.
- Sound technical experience in a similar role in a food manufacturing ????? ?????.
- A confidence in their ability to make important decisions relating to Food Safety and Quality.
Ideally, you are an Enthusiastic & Self-Motivated individual, who works well under some pressure and will take charge when required so as to ensure that the Food Safety Plans are being maintained to the highest level possible.
Training will be provided & Salary will be reflective of experience.
