Campbelltown RSL is a large Registered Club located in Western Sydney. Having recently amalgamated with Cabra Vale Diggers, the new Club has a renewed focus on food and customer service. Dining facilities include a 280 seat Bistro; 60 seat coffee shop and a function facility capable of accommodating up to 1,000.

With a view to reestablishing the kitchen team and providing exceptional service; great food and excellent value the Club is excited to be able to offer the following roles:

Chef de Partie - Functions - Full Time

Chef de Partie - Bistro - Full Time

General Cook - Casual

Responsibilities include:

Provision of value for money, flavoursome meals and exceptional customer service

Working within a team environment to raise standards and deliver a quality product

Adhere to presentation and quality standards and portion control measures

Ensure OH&S and food hygiene standards are followed and maintained

Maintaining effective and efficient procedures to ensure costs are controlled and profits maximised

To be considered for these positions you must demonstrate:

Relevant trade qualifications and certificates where appropriate

A positive attitude and a “can-do" approach

Strong communication skills

A passion for service

Creative flare and an eagerness to provide fantastic food that is full of flavour and brings people back

A commitment to following sound OH&S practices

A sound understanding of food hygiene and safety requirements

This is a busy environment with plenty to keep the successful candiates interested and challenged.
