With 4 projects on the go, my client is a reputable contactor based in Sydney's South West. Predominantly working on private and government commercial projects to $10Mil+ they are now in the market for a Foreman / Supervisor to join their team.
The candidate must be ideally located around the South West regions due to the fact that most projects can be located from Liverpool,Southern Highlands to the metropolitan regions of Sydney. Reporting the a Project Manager, this position will involve driving one of the existing sites looking after all on-site activities such as sub-contracts management, procurement and contract work to OH&S management.
The successful candidate must have the following;
1. Trade background
2. Experience in managing projects to $10Mil+
3. Proven track record or working for reputable contractors completing projects in-time and on-budget.
4. 5 years Supervisory level in construction.
