This opportunity is for an intermediate Project Manager with commercial experience. Ideally having worked on government and private sectors,this role is for an individual who has a proven background of management of projects from design stage to completion.
Being a mid tier company, my client is seeking for someone with projects experience of $10Mil+ ideally on commercial contracts. Also, a graduate of the construction management degree would be advantageous.
Located in the Inner Sydney and managing projects around the Sydney Metropolitan regions, the role will consist of but not restricted to the following;
- Preparation of tenders and construction programme
- Weekly and monthly meetings with clients, consultants and management
- Supervision and coordination of site and administration staff
- Manage and overlook OH&S and QA systems
This role will be an immediate start with our client looking to interview people ASAP due to the schedule of projects about to commence.
In return, our client has put together a generous salary package and will be based on candidates experienced and past performances. Salary will be in the starting point of $130 - $150K total salary package inclusive of super and vehicle allowances.
