Due to an increase in projects, we are now seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work as part of the Business Systems team analysing high level business requirements and translating them for use by the appropriate department in order to devise suitable solutions.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with business units to understand the business requirements for system changes and document them according to the development process.
- Work with the lead developer and software developers to ensure the requirements are feasible.
- Manage the users’ expectations in terms of effort, time and cost.
- Support user acceptance testing to ensure new products or functionality meet business requirements.
- Creating detailed data and solution requirements documents
- Participate in regular meetings with the end users and key stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the Telecommunications industry. You must be familiar with mission critical functions such as billing, rating and provisioning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
