ACER Graduate Program 2010
The ACER Graduate Program provides an opportunity for recent graduates with an honours or higher degree and an outstanding record of academic and personal achievement to join ACER, to contribute to projects and to develop new knowledge and research skills.
The Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) is one of the world’s leading educational research organisations. We develop and provide a range of products and services to support the work of practitioners in the fields of education, psychology and human resources.

As part of the Graduate Program you will gain experience working in three of ACER’s major research programs. You will undertake analyses of research data; contribute to the preparation of reports and gain knowledge and experience in research techniques.
- Applications from psychology, social science, mathematics and educational disciplines are preferable.
- Applicants with an honours or higher degree that incorporates training in statistics or quantitative methods will be highly regarded.
- Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have strong analytical and conceptual abilities, show initiative and flexibility, and be able to work as part of a high performance team.
Appointment is for an initial term of 12 months at the level of Research Officer 1, ($50,923 -$56,285 plus superannuation).
