As a result of our continual expansion into Health Care Infrastructure, we have been successful in securing ????? ????? of a key component of the redevelopment of the Cairns Base Hospital.
With the demolition almost finalised and the design completed, we are ready to commence the construction of this eight level, $48M car park that will incorporate provision for two levels of operational fit out.
Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will have a minimum of five years Project Management experience incorporating at least two design and contract projects delivering ????? ????? structures in excess of $40M. You will have either Building or Engineering ????? ????? extensive commercial construction experience here in Australia.
You will be a natural leader with the ability to empower a team around you and ensure that this team is fully equipped to deliver on the overall project scope within the time, cost, quality and Safety requirements.
This is a permanent position and it’s envisaged that the successful candidate will become a key player within our commitment towards further expansion in the Northern Queensland Construction industry.
