Are you experienced and passionate about retail, and would like to make a real difference?
Can you effectively manage retail operations, negotiate with suppliers, implement promotional programs in line with organisation objectives, and work collaboratively across departments? If you answer ‘yes’ then we need your retail and customer service skills to maintain the retail operations combined with your enthusiasm and commitment to drive continued growth.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate your ability to:
- Manage resources and financial performance
- Develop, plan and implement annual merchandise plans
- Coach, train and coordinate a team of retail volunteers
You will have worked preferably within the pet retail sector, and have experience in customer service and merchandising. Your commercial focus and ability to establish collaborative relationships will enable development and growth supported by the contribution of key stakeholders.
