An exciting opportunity now exists in our Communications Group for a Visual Assets Librarian to oversee and maintain the visual assets library and database for WVA. The Communications group is responsible for the delivery of both internal and external communication projects for WVA. Essentially, you will be responsible for assisting with sourcing, verifying, storing ????? ????? resources for WVA to use in marketing and promotional activities.
Reporting to the Team Leader Field Resources, you would be responsible for:
• Oversight and maintenance of the visual assets database to industry best practice
• Ensure quality material is made available for Engagement
• Enable production of clear, strategically aligned communications
• Leverage field resources to maximise supporter engagement opportunities
• Organise and implement good quality systems and procedures to ensure business needs are met
• Ensure internal and external compliance is adhered to
You will ideally have:
• Excellent organisation and communication
• Impeccable customer service skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent time management with ability to deliver fast turnaround systems
• Advanced computer skills and confident approach using on-line systems
• Industry experience working in a library, museum or archive capacity
• Tertiary qualifications in library, archival or museum studies
