An opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Contract Building Business Unit located at Burwood East.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible in ensuring customers receive consistently high quality service in a timely and professional manner in line with Company policy.
The key responsibilities include:
- providing support to customers during preconstruction and contract stages.
- manage and monitor all aspects of the contract process.
- preparation of contractual documentation.
The role reports to the Operations & Purchasing Manager.
Experience Required:
- Highly developed customer service skills.
- Experience within the Building Industry is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict and resolution skills.
- Ability to accurately manage contracts with a well-developed knowledge of contract management practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven organisation and time management skills.
