Our Finance team aims to be an integral business partner and to encourage financial excellence by empowering ????? ????? through the provision of effective systems and tools to deliver excellent services and solutions.
Due to extended leave, a contract opportunity exists to manage the Vendor Payments team. The responsibilities of the role will include:
• Hands on management of AP function
• Regular vendor account reconciliations
• Ensure appropriate levels of customer satisfaction
• Undertake GAP analysis for a systems review
• Continual process improvement focus
• Involvement in ongoing projects
• Management of 3 staff
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
• Degree qualified – studying towards CPA/CA/PNA held in high regard
• Proven experience as an AP Manager or Supervisor
• ERP systems experience
• System and process improvement focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
