Reporting directly to the Mill Foreman, The position is primarily responsible for; Supervision of a shift operations and maintenance crew Operation of crushing and processing activities Disposing of tailings Safe work and training of employees Preparation of Shift reportsIdeally we are looking for a person with relevant operational experience in a similar environment. It is essential that the successful applicant can demonstrate; an ability to work in a team environment, good organisational skills, an aptitude with Microsoft Office, and be willing to work a day/night shift roster.
