We represent and support unpaid Carers who are providing care for people with disabilities, mental illness, chronic conditions, palliative care or who are aged and frail.Carer Services Officer (Burnie)Carers Tasmania is seeking to employ a part time worker (0.6 FTE) with some knowledge of Carer issues and an ability to market Carers Tasmania support services which are targeted at reducing Carer stress by developing coping skills in order to facilitate the continuation of the caring ????? ?????. The role involves delivery of information, referral and advice services and promotion of services to the wider community across the North West Coast including liaising with other service providers.Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications (but not less than CSA Level 3 $36,067 pro rata).
