Based in South Burnie (North West Coast of Tasmania)

An opportunity exists for an experienced Bookkeeper to commence into a full time position responsible for the Financial Management of a very reputable Burnie based company.
This position offers diversity and challenge as well as the opportunity to work along side a great team of people.
Reporting to: The Managing Director and The Contracting Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of all accounts and finances
Prepare, process and maintain the companies payroll services
Provide accurate and appropriate budgets
Monthly financial reporting
Maintain asset register and assist with asset management
Petty cash Reconciliation
Additional project work as required
Essential Requirements:
Extensive experience in MYOB (A minimum of 3 years current experience preferred)
Very high level communication skills
Great time management skills
Current experience in Word and Excel
Supervision and leadership skills
The successful person will need to demonstrate the ability to work in a professional team environment as well as autonomously. We are looking to fill this position very quickly with someone that can 'hit the ground running".
