As a Credit Consultant you possess the following key attributes: - The ability to identify and understand customer needs, determine any issues and explore solutions for customers
- The ability to achieve business outcomes and meet performance targets
- The ability to overcome objections
- Self motivated with outstanding communication skills
- The desire to work in a team environment
- The capability to accept coaching and mentoring ????? ????? performance
- Proficient computer literacy and keyboard skills
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday
To be successful in this role it is essential that you possess excellent negotiation skills as well as highly developed communication skills. Your previous exposure to a sales, retail or hospitality environment where managing customer expectations was a key focus of the role will put you in good position to be considered for these roles.
