Estimator/Scheduler
Our client, a busy, well established building company, has an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Estimator/Scheduler to join their award winning team.
Based in the South West of Western Australia, our client has built an outstanding reputation based on trust and good advice and are seeking a highly capable Estimator/Scheduler to join their vibrant and energetic company.
Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, the role's overall responsibility is to provide accurate quantities and estimates, co-ordinate deliveries of materials to site and prepare cost estimates for changes.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Be highly motivated and reliable
- Have a minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role
- Possess a sound working knowledge of the WA residential building industry
- Have exceptional communication skills
