An opportunity has opened up to join our team in the part-time role of Member Service Officer located at our Pearce Branch. Defcredit is one of Australia’s larger credit unions, with a large branch network across Australia. Defcredit offer financial services to members of Australia’s Defence Force and we pride ourselves on providing excellent professional and personal service.

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual, who will strive to exceed our member’s expectations. This is a multi-skilled role that involves providing advice on general banking services, investments, loans and insurance. You will also look for opportunities to cross-sell to deliver solutions that meet our member’s needs.

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills.
• Self-motivation with the ability to achieve monthly goals and targets.
• Prior experience in a banking, sales, or customer service environment will be well regarded.

Defcredit can offer you:

• An hourly rate of $19.75
• Hours: Monday 10.30am - 4.00pm, Thursday 8.30am - 4.00pm & Friday 8.45am - 2.15pm
