Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your primary responsibilities will broadly include:
Ø accounts payable
Ø payroll processing
Ø data entry
Ø monthly reconciliations
Ø administrative duties
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational skills, inter-personal skills and problem-solving skills.
Extensive experience in accounts payable and exposure to payroll is required to be successful in this role.
Data entry, a working knowledge of Excel, experience in the aged / health care environment, an eye for detail and an overall positive approach are also highly desirable qualities.
You will be a highly organised individual with the ability to respond well to pressure and meet deadlines.
