Experienced Based Package to $100,000 - Brisbane South Location.

You are an experienced Manufacturing ????? ????? an excellent opportunity to join a financially secure and progressive company that boast secure multinational clients.  Possessing experience operating in a similar environment you will enjoy leading a team of up to 20 employees. Your major responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running and production output of the site, to achieve this you will oversee and be involved in machine maintenance, production targets, quality, safety, logistics and most importantly, ensuring ????? ????? are filled on time.
 
Reporting to the Directors you will have the opportunity of daily input into the continuous improvement for the site to ensure the plant is operating at optimal capacity and efficiency.  Your background in lean manufacturing, high levels of energy and ability to work well with the Directors will ensure your success with this organisation. 
 
You will require a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical or a Fitting and Turning trade with an industrial or manufacturing ????? ????? experience with manual equipment.
