Rutherford Power Asia is a based company which specialises in the design, manufacture, installation and service of high power electrical equipment for mines, tunnels and heavy industry.

 

Design/Construct

High voltage switchyards, transportable underground

tunneling/mining equipment

Service

High voltage switchgear service, transformer service,

flameproof inspections and overhauls

Hire

Turnkey electrical packages of tunnels, mining transportable

switchgear and cables

 

The successful applicant will be based in Singapore or Hong Kong and will be responsible for the maintenance and service of our Asian market.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of our projects
• Building, maintaining customer relationships
• Assisting with tenders and project scheduling
•  Controlling costs and meeting deadlines through problem solving
• Commissioning and providing technical assistance
• Keeping up to date on the market and competitor activity

You will need to have:

• An electrical trade or electrical engineering ????? ?????
• Experience in a hard rock mining environment or hard rock drill and blast, TBM preferable
• Experience managing the commercial aspects of projects
• Strong organisational skills and be results focused
• Exceptional interpersonal style and a desire to satisfy the customer
• Outstanding project management skills
