Senior Sales Representative

This division is a new acquisition for a significant Queensland group, complementing a diverse offering ????? ????? by a stable and successful Board. The growth opportunities are wide – organic, geographic and horizontal – and we seek an effective sales achiever who desires to rapidly assume a position of more responsibility for the division, ultimately running the show.
It is anticipated the successful candidate will first prove themselves in direct selling of quality stock and custom-designed furniture into commercial, architectural, design, hospitality and builders markets. They will quickly assume mentoring ????? ????? small sales team, the up-skilling benefitting the individuals, the team and the business. Within months, the contribution to strategic sales development and new marketing strategies will give comfort to the Board that you are ready to assume full management of the division.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated person with a passion for sales and personal & professional development. Entrepreneurial and well-presented, you can see outside the box, have excellent communication skills and preferably can read a P&L report – you will need to. You can set and implement a sales plan, happily taking the lead role in presentations but also appreciative of the efforts of your team.
Relevant experience and how well you negotiate will define your base salary, incentives and other benefits – an ideal fit will achieve in excess of six-figures in their first year. As important will be the opportunity to quickly assume management responsibility without losing the coal-face cut & thrust of direct sales.
