Our client is an innovative, respected and growing global company that manufactures and supplies some of the world's most famous branded coatings and painting products to the building industry.

The Australian business is poised for an exciting period of expansion and is seeking to appoint a commercially orientated and ambitious Area Manager to drive the future growth of the Queensland Architectural Coatings business within the residential market.

In this hands on role, you will be responsible for creating a competitive advantage to the company through building business relationships that optimise customer loyalty, revenue and profitability with a view to growing market share across the Brisbane residential project home builders and trade account base. You will be managing a small team, driving performance and further developing the business and relationships of the trade sector.
 
To be successful, you will have experience selling products to the project home builders or trade sectors of the building industry.  You will be able to demonstrate your success in achieving targets and objectives, possess strong influencing skills, be performance driven, well presented, articulate and possess sound administration and computer skills.

An attractive salary package including fully maintained company car is being offered with this position.
