My client is an international leader in control systems solutions and has dominated their field through continuous product innovation and outstanding marketing initiatives. Established for many years, this global player has maintained a continuous period of growth which has kept the envious opposition out of the limelight. Several exciting new product initiatives and large scale client reference sites have placed my client in a position to extend a commanding market position. We seek a proven Sales Manager to take on State leadership responsibilities and take the QLD team to new heights.
As the Sales Business leader for QLD, your high profile role will be responsible leading a multidisciplined sales team with a focus on complex, high value solutions sales to a wide variety of Tier 2 and Enterprise target markets. Concentrating on increasing revenue and GP through both new and existing customers, you will plan and direct sales business strategy with a lead from the front management style and a focus on sales process improvement and building upon the sales discipline. Your high energy and drive coupled with sharp commercial acumen will effect and drive improvement and change through the business. This position will attract a:
- 160k Base package
- Plus Bonus Structure
Due to the specific nature of the role, only individuals with relevant skills will be considered. You must be able to demonstrate a high profile background of consistent achievement in both a Sales and Sales Leadership capacity focussed on complex Control Systems solutions, with value placed on a BMS history. You work comfortably with and through teams to achieve common goals and are able to motivate a diverse range of stakeholders through your inclusive management practices. You have a proven history of meeting sales objectives through team performance, can motivate and develop talented sales professionals and are able to engage at the highest levels with Enterprise customers. You can demonstrate examples of high impact change initiatives which have led to clear increases in sales performance.
