They have recently opened stage one and are looking to appoint a successful sales manager to drive the performance of this impressive project.
Your background will be from with the residential sales arena, with a proven track record in the successful delivery of land sales to private owners, with future exposure to land and house packages.
You will receive an attractive remuneration package including a competitive retainer plus a 'per deal' commission structure, which will be paid on settlement on a monthly basis, ensuring ????? ????? rewarded instantly for your completed sales.
