You will take on a diverse role heading up a specialist engineering ????? ????? is due to experience a strong phase of growth. Main aspects will include the successful management of the day to day engineering ????? ????? development responsibilities of this business from a General Management perspective where you will have major cross-functional responsibility. Your experience in the resources industry will have seen you working across: Project Director, Engineering ????? ?????, General Management level positions.

Your background will have covered; defining and documenting key business case assumptions inclusive of capital and operating costs, maximising project value, defining the commercial framework ensuring ????? ????? is a clear execution plan in place covering ????? ????? procurement strategies. You will have the ability to ensure that all necessary and commercial inputs are secured, along with selection of project partners to allow for effective project execution working within the frameworks of formulated business strategies.

An ideal background will have encompassed:

• Extensive resources industry experience.
• Management of the completion of engineering ????? ????? studies.
• Executing plans for project delivery.
• Coal, Syn Gas, Petroleum Refining or related management experience.
• Sound understanding of procurement and construction related to major projects.
• Highly attuned analytical abilities.
• Development of teams and team cultures.
• Communication and decisiveness.

This is an outstanding role for a motivated leader to move into a Senior Management role reporting through to the COO.
