An exciting opportunity to join an industry leading owner/operator of retail properties has been created to drive the performance of its pinnacle retail asset. It has an industry leading portfolio of retail and commercial buildings, situated across Australia, logistically placed to optimise individual centre traffic and increasing year on year sales figures. The centre is no doubt one of its 'jewels in the crown' having been allocated a substantial marketing budget, unheard of in the current market. Its State manager is in the process of driving a value add strategy, firmly believing in the successful management of its portfolio, implementing increasingly innovative and budget friendly marketing strategies. Its focus for the next financial year is most definitely geared towards developing retailer relations, having implemented a retailer focussed marketing campaign, heavily weighted on assisting retailers during ????? ????? fiscal year. Your background will be from within a shopping centre marketing environment, with a proven track record in driving marketing initiatives during ????? ?????.
