QUALITY CONTROL
Australia's largest manufacturer and national supplier of freshly prepared bulk, pre packaged fresh food products, servicing the foodservice and retail markets. An opening for a Quality Control professional, from a fresh food industry background, candidates must have a full understanding of HACCP processes and procedures.
This role will encompass, - Taking samples, testing against standard levels, use of industry chemicals.
- Keeping accurate and timely records of critical process control points
- Working in a fast paced manufacturing ????? ????? multiple priorities
- Experience in a food processing environment, and qualifications in Food Processing quality control
This role will provide variety and autonomy, you will be able to work unsupervised and make critical decisions, working within strict HACCP and quality control guidelines.
