Growing and successful group providing locally machined precision product into the infrastructure industry. This product is required for infrastructure renewal and new projects being undertaken across . Having grown 10 fold in the last ten years this business now has a turnover of almost $20m and a workforce of 50 across 2 states. Continuing growth and market leadership means that the above role is important to enhance the operational effectiveness of production processes through a range of means including machine utilisation, rectification of bottle necks and the development and implementation of a TPM. 

Working fairly autonomous but having responsibility for the above areas you will work closely with the Production Manager and the supervisors. Your ability to undertake analysis of the machine utilisation and develop for senior management where necessary the case for capital improvements and purchase of new equipment will be the responsibility of this position. The operation runs a number of unique processes and there is a level of customisation across most machines. The business operates somewhere between metal and wood machining with some aspects related to the printing industry. 

Experience in a plant engineering ????? ????? senior maintenance role that has given you a track record of implementing safe practices and improvements in a high quality production environment is being sought. Your ability to interact with shop floor staff and management will be key. This is a significant high impact role in a progressive growing business.
