Growing and successful group providing locally machined precision products into the infrastructure industry. This product is required for infrastructure renewal and new projects being undertaken across . Having grown 10 fold in the last ten years this business now has a turnover of almost $20m and a workforce of 50 across 2 states. Career progression and greater responsibility will be available as this business continues to grow and develop.

Working closely with one other production coordinator in the production facility with approximately 25 staff, this dynamic role will ensure the resources are available to complete customer orders whilst driving the quality, safety and on time delivery of a range of precision machined products and fabrication operations. Also important will be your ability to engage staff in promoting and developing an ongoing improvement philosophy.

You see your future career in the management and engagement of staff and whilst having some experience in this area you are keen to progress and develop. You have some experience with a multifaceted production or fabrication operation but wish to join a company that can support you with the opportunity to learn and the resources to develop your skills to higher management levels.
