Excellent opportunity to work for a well established and successful, integrated supply chain organisation established some 30 years ago, with the operation working across Brisbane & Western Queensland.

The role of Quality and Accreditations Manager based in South Brisbane, manages a team which provides support to a number of departments within the facility operating 2 shifts, 6 days p/week. This role is pivotal to the success of the business and responsibilities will include:

• Quality, hygiene and systems management which incorporate the delivery of systems and processes to ensure the achievement of standards
• Maintenance of existing licenses and accreditations
• Ensuring ????? ????? development is aligned with company direction
• Fostering ????? ????? of continuous improvement
• Group wide integrated management system development and implementation including statutory, regulatory and customer compliance
• Leading and development of the team whilst building depth in quality awareness and functions
• Proactively drive for a workplace culture which is customer and quality focussed
• Ensuring ????? ????? legislative specifications and/or standards
• Management of the laboratory function which is NATA accredited
• Comply with all HSE and Quality Assurance obligations

Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience with:

• Working within a manufacturing, FMCG or food related industry
• Experience within a vertically integrated supply chain organisation
• Knowledge of AQIS and domestic regulations as they apply to food safety and processing
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP/ISO/BRC principle
• Provision of reporting on food safety, quality and environmental management systems

The key to success in the role is a focus on building of solid internal and external relationships and candidates must be able to demonstrate a client centric focus, be able to manage responsibility for Quality and Accreditation within the business, through a team, therefore your capability within Leadership/Management based roles must be evidenced within your application.
