Warehouse Leader – Night Shift Hours / Early Morning Start

Hours of work 3am – 11am

Strong Leadership / Change Management Experience Essential

Previous farming, produce or warehousing backgrounds advantageous

A national organization based on the southside of Brisbane who have been in business for a number of years specialising in the harvesting, supply & distribution of their range of produce stock are presently on the lookout for a candidate in the role of “Warehouse Leader”.
As the Warehouse Leader and reporting to the State Manager you will be responsible for a range of different areas such as:
• Leadership of staff
• Performance management of all staff under your digression
• Clear role definition and KPI setting for all your staff
• Proactively develop and drive team performance
• Support State Manager & Human Resources with staff development plans
• Provide feedback and coaching to the warehouse personal in regards to performance issues
• Ensure the safety of both your team and others entering ????? ????? facility are met and exceeded
• Hands on approach in ensuring ????? ?????, delivery and aftercare support to customers is handled in both an efficient and professional manner
In order to be considered for this role you will be a strong leader who has had exposure to change management and performance management practices in past roles. Previous experience from either / or one of the following industries in a leadership capacity would suit this position; produce, farming or warehousing.
Due to the nature of the industry your hours work will be based around a 5 ½ day week (half day weekend), start at 3am – 11am, however the role also requires the successful candidate to be flexible to changing workplace demands where necessary.
Managing a team of approximately 6 staff members you will be well rewarded for your efforts with a competitive salary to be negotiated with the successful candidate.
