This Brisbane CBD practice has a reputation for client excellence and high performance while maintaining a great culture and lifestyle balance for its lawyers. Due to growth and existing client needs, the firm is currently seeking a senior corporate lawyer to join their team.

This role supports two ex top tier partners and will see you work on a range of matters mainly corporate advisory work including capital raisings, corporate governance, managed investments and mergers and acquisitions as well as financial services advisory. You may also have some energy and resources exposure.

This is an excellent career opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to develop their career further or unblock their career path.
