This team assists healthcare providers and medical software vendors comply with e-health specifications and standards.

As the Test Team Lead you will coordinate a team that delivers, maintains and supports Conformance Test Specifications - this includes scenarios, test cases and procedures - in support of eHealth Specifications.

The Test Team Lead will coordinate team members work effort and be responsible for scheduling and reporting status to the Conformance Manager.

You will also coordinate external consultation, coordinate testing activities in other teams for consistent approach, and represent the conformance team as necessary to gain feedback and support for the team's deliverables.

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in information technology or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to provide thought, leadership and guidance in approaches to software testing.
• Experience in successfully leading a testing team.
• Proven experience with developing conformance test specifications or system test plans.
• Knowledge of international health standards such as HL7, SNOMED.
• Knowledge of key internetworking and web service specifications such as TLS, PKI, WS-*.
• Knowledge of modern architectural styles such as SOA and ReST.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
