Complex infrastructure architecture

9 month contract

We are looking for 3 X Infrastructure Architects to lead the conceptualization, development, design and planning of a highly complex infrastructure for this large Queensland government department.

Therefore, we are looking for 1 x Standard Operating Environment (SOE) Architect, 1 x Server Specialist and 1 x Network and Security Architect to assist in this complex departmental network change.

Each of these roles will require you to lead a technical team in the design, build and migration to consolidate solutions.

Your will be required to:

• Lead the detailed design of a whole-of-Department consolidated network
• Procure and implement consolidated infrastructure in SOE, Server or Networks
• Perform Transition planning including the identification of risks and the development of appropriate treatments/mitigation strategies
• Review and implementation of security requirements for new infrastructure, applications and software products
• Coordinate effort and approaches with other related projects in order to ensure that program goals and objectives are achieved
• Plan and coordinate the migration of agencies to the consolidated infrastructure

These contract positions can commence asap for an initial 9 month period
