• 12 month fixed term initially

Move yourself to Brisbane for 12 months, in this challenging process improvement role!

This highly recognised, national company provides an essential service to the modern workforce and requires an experienced Functional PeopleSoft Consultant to fine tune current systems.

Working towards process improvement you will be responsible for the functional, business system development and functional support of the PeopleSoft HR/Payroll and Finance systems.

Expected Duties;

• Business process and systems analysis
• Design and development of business processes and rules, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Lead system enhancements and process improvement activities.
• Project Management for PeopleSoft and other projects as required
• Resolving Level 2 functional support issues
• Functional owner of the systems supporting related processes
• Designing and maintaining related PeopleSoft configuration

Demonstrated experience;

• Minimum of 5 years functional Payroll/HR PeopleSoft implementation or support experience.
• Specific payroll module configuration with PeopleSoft version 8 to 9
• Strong team leadership and project management skills and demonstrated ability to complete deliverables on time.
• Strong interpersonal and business facing skills.
• HR / Payroll business background is desirable
• PeopleSoft HR/Payroll technical problem resolution skills
