Java Senior Software Engineer

- 6 month contract

A number of opportunities have just become available with our client, a leading technology provider.
Your role as Java Senior Software Engineer will be involved in the whole software development lifecycle and core tasks will include:
- Software implementation to agreed requirements and designs
- Development of software architecture descriptions
- Input to and review of software requirements specifications
- Prepare test plans and automated test cases
- Mentor junior staff
- Contribute to business process improvement
The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience as a Software Engineer delivering ????? ????? to paying customers teamed with
- Demonstrated experience in Java (atleast 3 years solid experience) and include experience with Servlets (especially Tomcat), Apache, Web Applications, SQL, JDBC, XML, Ant and JUnit.
- Experience within an application development environment
