Mining Market Leader currently seeks a solid Business Systems Manager to drive the business ERP and reporting systems as they intend on tripling in size in the next 4 years! This position requires a very senior (10yrs +) Business Systems Manager to lead this important growth period.

As Business Systems Manager you will work closely with business stakeholders to add value to the operations and assist the business to make strategic decisions regarding, business critical systems and ERP.

The successful candidate will have experience providing functional and application support of critical core system configuration, functionality, analysis and scripting, report writing and contribution in major core system development and integration projects.

You will implement, train, support, and upgrade the ERP Financial Applications across modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Payroll. A proactive approach to designing and supporting reports (Crystal reports), queries (SQL 2005), administer SQL 2005, generate and support Crystal reports - data analysis and manipulation as well as Microsoft suite including Excel and Access, data cleansing and analysis is critical.

Systems architecture support, configuration and admin, data risk analysis, systems testing, documentation of process and process improvement, ERP roll outs and upgrades, data consolidation and software cleansing, software application selection as well as support and management are all challenges to be met.

A background in Manufacturing/Operational or Mining industries will be an advantage.
