We are seeking a Strategy and Architecture Manager. This is a senior position and a unique opportunity.

You will be responsible for developing the strategic ICT vision, architecture and investment plans for ICT Systems and Infrastructure.

This includes the development, implementation and maintenance of the Joint ICT Roadmap, Information Technology Strategic Plan, as well as ICT Strategic advice to support the evolving business capability requirements.

You will also be responsible for the coordination and development of the Annual Business Plan.

Short listed applicants will be required to prepare a response to the following criteria:

• Demonstrated high level of strategic knowledge and the understanding and implementation of architecture / design methodologies and tools in complex business environments.
• Proven ability to lead major architecture projects and deliver through the application of systems and technology both internally and across client businesses.
• Demonstrated high level communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas verbally and visually to a range of people at an employee, Senior Manager and Executive level.
• Significant experience in communicating, negotiating and influencing up to the Senior Executive Level with a track record of turning complex business needs into a clear strategic direction for information systems and technology.
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with the complexities across several large organisations, and the associated service and technology requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in building, influencing and maintaining working relationships with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met, and outcomes are delivered.
