Well known QLD organization has an exciting opportunity for a network support officer to maintain and improve services to multi-site network.

In this role you will provide technical expertise to configure and maintain the relevant operational environments, maximise availability, performance, capacity and security and to meet service levels defined.

You will be expected to;

• Provide prompt restoration of services, resolution of faults and completion of service requests by providing second and third tier network support.
• Assist in the delivery of ICT services by providing quotations, ordering ????? ????? commissioning of new hardware, carriage services and network solutions.
• Ensure service levels defined and are met by complying with ITIL based service support processes and procedure used.
• Establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with other staff within the branch to ensure the alignment and integration of operational services, processes and service levels.

You will bring ????? ????? role;

• Solid knowledge in Cisco hardware, routers and switches and their configuration
• Proven ability to manage and configure telecommunication services such as, MPLS & GWIP
• Knowledge of wireless technologies
• High-level communication skills to enable effective interaction in individual and group situations.
• Experience in the use of Network Management Systems.
• Experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Support and Delivery processes.
