1st Level Support Officer - Help Desk - Desktop

  • This South side based manufacturing ????? ????? it's field in Australia. They currently have a vacancy for a 1st level support officer initially for a 6 months contract.

    In this role you will be resolving telephone queries from users and logging calls in the help desk system and providing level 1 hardware and software support. You will have some commercial experience in a similar position including a keen desire to continue to build your skills and knowledge within a reputable organisation.

    Expected duties;

    • Help desk logging of calls
    • Call ????? ????? other IS resources
    • Software and Hardware trouble shooting within a Windows and Microsoft Office environment
    • Hardware and Peripheral support including PC builds, printer configuration etc

    You will bring ????? ????? role;

    • Demonstrated 1st level support experience
    • Capable software and hardware diagnosis skills
    • Excellent communication both verbal and written
    • Developed customer service skills
    • Industry certification is highly desired
