Our client is a market leader within their area of financial services. Due to expansion of the current IT team, they are currently looking to hire an experienced SQL Server DBA / Architect to join their busy department.  
   
Working in a dynamic team of DBA's you will be responsible for the architecture, design and performance tuning of the corporate systems database.   
   
Suitable candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years + commercial experience as a DBA and architect and ideally hold a degree in an IT related subject. You will have advanced skills in database design and architecture, as well as in depth knowledge of both SQL Server versions 2000 and 2005. You will need to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analysis experience.
