We are seeking talented candidates from a software support or database support/development background, who have a longer term interest in moving into a more consulting focussed role. This role is with a software development house that develops, markets and supports a niche software system. In this role, you will operate within a team that focuses on the support of clients migrating their data from existing systems across to your employer's system, and the ongoing support of users working with the product.

To be successful in this role you will have :-

• Previous experience around the import, export and manipulation of data using SQL and Access;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Office 2003;
• Proven background supporting and trouble shooting of a wide range of desktop hardware and software;
• 1st and 2nd Level Helpdesk Support experience;
• Any business analysis experience would be handy as well!

The company is based in Brisbane's south eastern suburbs and parking in the area is free.

There is enormous potential for this role to move you into a more split support/consulting role, providing you prove excellent support and customer service skills.
