This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate to join one of Australia's fastest growing companies and receive full training to become a recruitment consultant.

Skye Recruitment specialises in technical and engineering ????? ????? Australia. We were listed in the BRW Fast Starters 2009 list, and more recently we came 7th in Australia in the Smart Company awards.

We are looking for a graduate with drive and ambition to take on a role that offers unlimited earning potential and full training and development.

Responsibilities would include (but are not limited to) cold calling, building and maintaining client relationships, interviewing, reference checking, visiting clients, advertising, and developing business.

All initial training will be provided, but once up and running the role is largely autonomous, although you would at all times be working in a friendly and supportive environment.

We pride ourself on our company culture, and our office is informal, fun, and sociable.

You will need to be degree qualified, with excellent communication skills. A driven and enthusiastic personality is also essential in this role.

Salary is made up of 2 components - a base salary (and super) plus uncapped commission. Company cars are also awarded on successful achievement of set targets.
